Chibro Press Fit (No Weld) Piping Systems Testimonials
"I’ve been installing piping systems within the food and winery industries for in excess of 15 years. I have recently used the Chibro Press Fit 316 SS piping product during an upgrade at First Creek Winery in the Hunter Valley NSW. The product was used on Brine Lines and Chillers. In this regard I have the following comments to make:
- The product saved significant time as it was very fast to install when compared to a standard welded 316SS alternative.
- The product proved to save money as we had no requirement for highly skilled Stainless Steel welders. Lower cost/skilled employees where used for the installation. Estimate of saving is in excess of 50%.
- As no hot work was involved, the risk of fire was substantially reduced.
- I definitely intend to use the product again and believe that it is suitable for a wide range of applications that relate to services within a winery and other food based industries.

"We used the Chibro Press Fit 316 SS piping product during construction of the Yarrabee Coal Handling and Preparation Plant at Blackwater QLD. The Press Fit piping product saved time, was fast to install (compared to a standard welded alternative), saved us money and passed all pre production testing. We had no requirement for welders so lower cost employees could be used. I intend to use the product again and I am confident recommending the product to others in the mining industry."

"We’ve been using and will continue to use the Press Fit piping system in both 316 SS and Galvanized Steel within the Manildra Flour Mill. We use the product for compressed air lines and some canola oil dosing lines. The Press Fit non weld piping product was much easier to install compared to a standard welded or threaded alternative – saving us time. We didn’t need skilled welders so we saved money – it can be installed by one of our maintenance staff. We noticed fewer leaks than other alternatives. I recommend the use of Press Fit non weld piping system."
